Before the Event
You can cancel your ticket anytime before the event. How much you get back depends on when you cancel:

1. If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours from purchase you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and booking fees.

2. If you cancel your purchase more than 60 (sixty) days prior to the event date, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less a cancellation fee of 25% of the full purchase price.

3. If you cancel your order within 60 (sixty) days to the event date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply (ie. no refund).

Special Circumstances
If you can provide us with proof that the person for whom, or for whose benefit, a ticket was purchased and will not be able to attend the event because of his or her death or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of that specific ticket and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the booking fees.

After the Event
No refunds.

If we cancel, reschedule or change venue
A separate Event Changes Policy applies in this case.

Your Rights
This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
